Android device model - name matcher?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website that contains information on the real life device names that manufacturers give to their devices according to the model name/number on the device.

So for example my SGS II has the model name GT-I9100, so I was wondering if there is a website that I can go to where that matches to its real life name of the Galaxy SII? But one thay contains info on all available Android devices?

Has anyone come across anything like that?

Kind of, I was hoping for something more in a table format though, with columns containing manufacturer, device name, model name.

Kind of like the info on this Wiki page - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Android_devices - but with the model variant as well as the device name.
