Not sure about the Friday but on Monday there's the Navan town fair in the fairgreen.

If Drogheda isn't too far away for you, the Beat on the Boyne festival is on this weekend, with music and merriment at various venues around the town.

Tried to find a weblink but there wasn't very much - I suspect there'll be a facebook page (can't access fb at the mo).
