Advanced Mass Sender and TeamViewer continuously getting re-installed on pc

Hi folks, We have a customer who has a pc that is continuously getting these programs installed, after they have been uninstalled. For obvious reasons, he's getting pretty worried! Hi folks,

We have a customer who has a pc that is continuously getting these programs installed, after they have been uninstalled. For obvious reasons, he's getting pretty worried! Any idea as to how/why this is reoccurring? Viper AV software had been installed originally. When this issue first popped up, we uninstalled that and put on Kaspersky, but with similar results!

Any suggestions as to what can be done?

Backup anything important, then DBAN it.

Scan and Immunize with something like Malwarebytes or Spybot search and destroy
