red fuzzy near saturn in 10x50 binos

Anyone know what I'm looking at? Binoculars can just about see saturn and spica in the same field for view, keeping them still without a tripod I can see a red fuzzy near saturn.

Yoursky shows Saturn near 74 Virginis, a Mag -1 red giant.
