From checking the web it seems that it may not be but would be very interested to know for sure if rte aertel would be accessible as the folks use it quite a bit and would miss it if not.

The package I am looking at for them is this.Would it make a difference if I had separate saorview and freesat boxes?

    Thanks for advice

Their website says there are 'currently no SAORVIEW approved combo boxes' but there is the TRIAX TSC114 out now.

A proper freesat+hd box is very different to a combo box.

    1) All channels automatically update if they move transponder (channels do not dissapear like they do on combo boxes) No need to load channels lists, rescan etc, channels in good order

    2) 7 Day TV guide (not on most combos)

    3) Sky like features of series link, live pause etc.

It's more expensive, and you end up with two boxes but essential if recording of UK channels is important
