No problem at all. I travel with rugby players frequently some of whom are over 20 stone and none have ever required an extension belt!

..and you (or anyone else) shouldn't be "morto" (though you probably won't need it). Cabin crew are well used to these dealing with requests like that on an almost daily basis, and dealing with them discretely.
