Help!!! Need internet in Radford, Kiltullagh, Galway

Hey guys, I don't really have a clue about this stuff, need to get internet at home, in Radford-Kiltullagh area in Galway, but have no clue what to go for. Phone coverage is crap with all networks there, so I don't think mobile broadband is going to be an option...have any of you any clue what would be a good internet provider for out that way...?

I realize that I will probably have to go down the whole phoneline-broadband route, which in all honesty I wouldn't mind if I was guaranteed to get good internet..and I know there's no guarantees really, but I would love some suggestions!! Maybe you live out that way, or maybe you know someone with a similar problem...middle of the countryside, barely any mobile phone coverage (although meteor is after improving a lot in the 3 years I've been living there) and internet needed....
