It seems that I will not be head-hunted as a potential AH Mod.

What would be your top 3 essential mod characteristics be?

I'll start.

1) Loads of free time
2) good sense of humour and
3) ability to work as part of a team

I will practice your suggested skills until my potential is spotted.

Why the fuck would anyone actually want to be a mod on pretty much any forum? Constantly having assholes blather on about something someone said, all boo-hooing at you, having to constantly clear out your inbox, argue with people you infracted or banned, on and on it goes, and all for no pay.
