Post Office box in Dublin city center or Santry for Parcel deliveries

Is there any such thing as a PO Box where I can get parcels delivered and pick them up myself? In Dublin city center, Santry or the airport even. If so how dos it work and how much does it cost.

Things keep going missing in the post on me. The post office just say the never received it. The companies always say they posted it.
And I very often have stuff left on my doorstep by the post man or dropped in the letterbox that have addresses of people miles from me. I blame they lazy post men totally. Too lazy even to check if they are delivering to the right house.
