    Is there any company who will insure a second car for the same owner and give full NCB ?

    It's called 'mirroring', AFAIK many will do it but it depends as much on the proposer as on the ins co.

    i only ask because Aviva just cancelled my second policy outright and are refunding my entire premium from inception....

    That's a bit odd, I know it can be done, an uncle of mine did it through AXA

    very hard to explain to a call centre in Ballypunjab that i wanted to keep the old axa policy live for a few weeks whilst selling old car and then wouid cancle and send on NCB cert....already sent letter from Axa detailing NCB details....

    their loss, wont be going there again!

    I'd get that sorted out properly - AFAIK every proposal form has a question asking whether you've ever had a policy cancelled.

    Santanta do, as that is who I am with, I got it through Carey Corbett in Ennis. Not a bad price too. You will find some limitations on the cars, ie 2L or less and so on.
