    Take the new RAM out and put back the old. Does it boot now? Perhaps you disturbed something. Try one stick of the new. Does it boot?

    All assumes the RAM is compatible.

    Presuming you got compatible memory try booting with just one stick installed. If nothing then replace with the other stick to eliminate any problems there.

    Remove the CMOS battery for 5 seconds to reset the Bios. Happened me last night.
    Are you sure the RAM is compatible?

    You may have loosened a connection to one of the drives; before you close the box check that everything is fully connected.
