What? Its a false account! Well thats a first. Do they really have false account on twitter now?
If you pulled the stick out of your arse for a second, you'd realise that im responding to a number of people who think (as the account says @officialMB45 or whatever it says) its a real account.

FFS, no need to be a sarcastic cúnt.

Liverpool are also keen to speak to Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers, BBC Radio 5 live reporter Ian Dennis says.

Who else is on their list I wonder?

Going by those names, probably Sam Allardyce, Paul Jewell, Neil Warnock etc

Some talk the Chang was in for meetings around March. I've a lot of time for him as a journo tbh and as a judge of players too. Seems a decent lad as well. I remember myself and a regular from here exchanging a few messages with him last year.

Followed him quite a while myself, survived my cull on twitter, im more ruthless than FSG on there :pac:

Yea, i cant disagree, he messaged me back once as well.

Duncan Jenkins (one of the more reliable ITK's) just tweeted this-

"do not panic #lfc fans, F.S.G will interview more managers. i have heard who the new D.O.F is, trying to get it confirmed by my mole.

the news is not from my usual source but if it is who i have been told it is then #lfc fans should be very happy".

Steve Clarke is not gone according to the beeb. FSG did not accept his resignation

And they had the humility to get rid of Comolli again quick smart.

It seems we are a multi million pound business when it suits, not a corporation but a football club when it suits aswell. Actively seeking a new manager would have been "disrespectful to the King" in the probable words of most Liverpool fans. So they couldn't win on that front.

The Stadium? They have been giving us updates, they are reviewing the options and being prudent in their cautious approach. Its alot of money, but some would rather we draw a line under it and make a decision so the fans are not left wondering? Gimme a break.

Roberto Martinez has not been hired, don't get your knickers in a twist.

You mean they got rid of him because they realised what a mistake they had made? Should I talk about the humility they displayed if the hire Martinez but are quick to get rid of him if things go wrong?

I said nothing about actively seeking a new manager, I was referring to all the other staff we're without. Maybe they thought that would be disrespectful to them

Honeymoon period for me is well and truly over. They've made mistakes, I am happy to give them rope but they need to start displaying they can make good decisions and are capable of bringing this club forward.

    Opr

There is some actual honest to god morons in here, chill the **** out about Martinez and Rodgers, one of them may well end up being the candidate that gets the job but they won't be the only ones getting looked.

Everyone has gone and jumped off the cliff now saying Martinez is total **** and lacks ambition, bla bla bla, Martinez is young manager with a very definite opinion on how the game should be played, if he can scale up what he was doing at Wigan there is plenty of room for him to grow in at Liverpool.

Especially LuckyLloyd, you've gone mad as far as I can tell, chill out, Andre Villas Boas was one who seemed a dead cert to succeed last year and didn't quite get there (should of been given more time for sure though). There is no guarantee a Capello or Klopp or Emery or any of the other top managers will out perform the likes of Martinez if he gets the job, infact if you applied your own nonsense reasoning those managers would never of gotten huge jobs with Dortmund (Massive Club) and Valencia (Massive CLub) so really calm down, give the proccess a ****ing minute and when a decision is made either give the new man a chance or just please please **** off.

Im a conspiracy theorist at heart, so the fact Jen Changs last tweet is the same day as the Standard Chartered shareholders meeting that openly discussed LFC, its image etc, on the same fupping day?. Gone on a few days holidays my arse :pac:

I noticed that he hadn't tweeted in a while.

Very interesting appointment. I'm thinking is this the guy they are getting their advice from.

I know next to nothing about MArtinez, but if he were to get the job would he have the balls to tell Carra and Gerrard they ain't starters any more?

He is a very good football journo that doesn't do all the huff-n-bluff and is refreshing, but also has a great eye (IMO) for up and coming talent .

What was the tweet? What role is he mentioned for? And would his opinion on players be considered.

OPR is on an FSG rant tonight, they can do nothing right in your eyes mate :p

Chang is a Communications exec turned journo I believe, so he is more qualified to act in that role than he is to speak about football.

And he is a decent football journo.

I dont think theres a mad panic just yet, just some instant thoughts posts.

Some people think a new young manager is what we need.

Imho a new young manager is the very antithesis of what we need right now.

I didn't mention the fake Mario tweet?

Chatter is about Chang as Director of Communications. Totally out of left field I'll admit but an experienced bloke. Worked in big media organisations and would be known to the owners from his work with SI I'd say.

I think everyone is overreacting a small bit.

I'm sure FSG have a lot more in mind then just Martinez but if he was to get the job I'd get behind him. Sure it'd be a little disappointing we didn't get a big name but everyone has to start from somewhere right otherwise how did all the great managers get where they were!

I definitely think he's a better manager then Hodgson and at the very least, he plays a good brand of football and comes across well in the media.

Now that said I am hoping for AVB or Rafa (someone of that calibre) and I'm sure those type of managers will be interviewed.

So lets give them a chance, see who the DOF is (which sounds promising) and see who else is interviewed. I trust they know that they have to replace a Legend.

I would have some semi hope that someone with an actual pulse for the game was advising them if that was the case. He knows his onions about players imho, obviously i dont agree with everything he has tweeted but i cant deny the reasoning he puts forward.

In any case, im not sure what that would mean anyway, seeing as he is appointed as DOC.
