Some people I work with have unbelievable IQ, they seem to know everything about everything. On the other hand I am always learning new things. I have learned so much this week it makes me wonder what the hell I have been doing for the last 25 years.

Keep it up and eventually people will say that stuff about you. A lot of what you see when you meet someone "smart" is behind-the-scenes work and/or dedication. Natural "genius" is a good start, but it only gets you so far.

In my experience very smart people can be very lazy too

Sure they can put in some decent work for the group college project but it's all very last minute

I can empathise with having an unreal IQ, it's something I have to deal with on a daily basis, and oh, the jealousy, you would not believe it!
