2nd hand HD box, single feed problems?

Hi,

I purchased a 2nd hand HD+ box (practically new 500 gb) and used it to replace my multi-room box.

On the EPG I cannot get information on any channels, displays "Programme Synopsis not available" unless I am on the channel, and even then it only gives information for now and next.

I am guessing the reason "might" be due to there only being a single feed going to the box?

Is there any way of rectifying this?

Turn on single feed mode.
Services, move to spanner icon, 01 select.
Turn on single feed mode, save settings and the box will reboot.

Spanner icon, 01 gives me, pressed at the same time brings me to ALL CHANNELS list, and 01 pressed separately gives me Scart/RF1 Picture Format preferences?

Got programme information back for all channels, but when I carried out the "card trick" lost that function again (except, it seems, for the extra channels added to the EPG).

Am trying to get an installer to run extra feed, hopefully that will sort out the problem!
