Does anyone know whatever happened to the annual Grand Prix event usually held every October and which the BBC held broadcasting rights for? I think the last time it was held was 2009.

It was renamed the World Open in 2010. It's a shorter format than the Grand Prix and is still shown on BBC.

The BBC appear to show just the UK's, Masters and the World Championship unless there are regional variations.
