VEC vacancies , can I apply?

I'm awaiting my final results . Can I still apply for their substitute panel or do I have to wait until I'm registered with the teaching council ?

Your best option there is to contact that VEC directly and ask them. They set the criteria in relation to who they will employ.

I applied and just put pending down in the results section last year and got an interview.
