many many thanks for your help

2 litres of milk replacer morning and evening (4 litres per day) until 8/9 weeks (1 bag of milk replacer will do it €35-€48 each)
feed calf meal ab lib till weaned so 4 weeks x 14kg = €25

fresh hay - maybe 2 small bales - Kick starts the stomack and stops milk scour.

    Look for "Supercream" by Freshacres...
At least as good as Maverick but much cheaper..

Don't worry too much about age.. we feed milk til they are eating 1kg of meal and taking fresh water... once you start feeding milk you need to focus on geting them up to 1kg meal, hay/straw and water,, Then you can wean.
