    Hey all
I am sending a person in Europe some concert tickets that I bought. The person wants to send me the money through paypal. Is it safe for them to do so? For example what would happen if they didn't get the tickets? How would paypal refund them since it isn't an item on ebay. I don't want to put it on ebay as it well incur more charges for the person who is buying. I am selling for face value.

    Thanks

If you use Paypal make sure you send it:

    1) As registered post in some form (i.e. someone has to sign for it at the other end and you got a tracking number to prove this, note this does not work in all countries such as Italy etc.)
    2) To the person's Paypal address ONLY (no other address will be considered legal in a Paypal dispute)

Then it is relatively safe for you as a seller.

Safe for buyers, rubbish for sellers. Always use registered post.

This happened to me just this week, i wont be using Ebay for selling anymore, not paypal for receiving money.
