How do I get a girl I fancy out of my head?

Right lads there's this girl I really like but to cut a long story short she told me up front she doesn't want a boyfriend. But later on I found out from my mate whos closer to her that she likes someone else. so right now I'm tired of trying and just want to get rid of her from my head. But its fcuking hard haha.
Any tips? I think.I.should jutting delete her number and past conversations from my phone and unfriend her from Facebook so if I'm not constantly reminded of her everyday she'll start to fade away since we haven't talked since.

Seriously though, I used to go out with some female friends after something like that and try head somewhere you know that has a good regular trade.

It worked well for me, if some of the hot regulars see you one week with a few girls and you are making them laugh and then you land in the week after with a mate its very easy to pull them if you brought your a game.

Lets be honest, its hard.
The best thing you can do is try changing things you do or places you frequent that remind you of her, etc.
That alone is not an easy thing to do but try you must for piece of mind and heart.
Time is - honestly - a good healer.
