The full B and W pic is apparently on the Warrior site, they just added in the red and.....orange?

Looks a bit too Roma esque.
it's like the kit we had in the late 70's except that had a white v-neck collar to offset the gold. The European jersey from I think 2002 was similar to this, it definitely needs white trim to make it more traditional looking

Yep, think if there are going with a darker red they should at least stick to a white trim.

Whatever about the purple/lilac colour of the 3rd one, its the design and colour of the arms that make it look ridiculous. A purple jersey can be done well, Fiorentina have had some nice ones over the years. But this one looks a shocker. Still not sure it isn't a wind up!

I thought the blue and white from last season was a wind up, but purple?? Pepé Reina must be wearing it for it to be real, it looks like the design of the top of the Shankly gates that's wrapped around the sleeves.

I can't remember the home, away and third kits all being revealed on the same day before they tended to stagger them out over the course of the summer before.

Probably because it's a new manufacturer.

I'd prefer the purple over a blue kit anyday.

Snap. Tis the very reason why I refused to buy this seasons third kit.
Still not sure if I'd buy that 3rd kit. I'm sure its probably down with the kids though. They seem to think its ok to wear pink /purple /neon etc these days.

I'd still prefer the ones here though.

I'd +1 you on that, I think them kits are much nicer.

Another thing is anywhere I've seen the new kit mentioned it's 12/13 rather than 12/14, I hope this doesn't mean a new home shirt every season be a pain in the neck if so

Am I the only one not bothered by the whole new kit thing?

come on guys, what happened to all the scarcely credible transfer rumours?

    Here you go: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/kenny-dalglish-staying-as-liverpool-manager-827722
iverpool are ready to let Kenny Dalglish carry on as manager - but with a vastly-reduced budget for signings.

The Kop chief spent £108million on just six players, including Andy Carroll, Luis Suarez, Stewart Downing and Jordan Henderson, in 2011.

But it has been made clear to him that those days are over and he has now started to seek bargain signings instead - including free agents.

Never judge colours from a computer screen.

Also I think the gold is exaggerated in that photo.

I think it looks really nice and reminds me of the 70's kit which was a very successful period.
Also loving the Liverbird crest. Back to basics.

Have to agree, if I was 14 I might give a damn but I'm not. :(

Even though I commented on them I'm not overly worried about them.

Also only wear one if playing sport or watching an LFC match.

They should not be worn outside that in my opinion ( controversial I know!)

I had that one, sold it recently. Scratchy as ****, I barely ever wore it.

    I like their enthusiasm.

On the kits, I think they look good, last B&W picture with Gerrard - it looks a bit over sized on him and billowy.

I think a purple jersey would be class (but then I understand that purple is the best colour of all time) - I'd prefer a somewhat deeper purple and the sleeves on the 3rd jersey are gash, if it were all purple I'd love it.

I'd imagine most people aren't too bothered, but care a little and we are actually revealing a new kit, it's not just random gossip which will come to nothing!

6/4 with William Hill that he won't be in charge come the first game of the season. Value?

Page seems to have changed to next Liverpool manager, Rafa a lot shorter than he was a couple of months ago.

Is that bet still on with Will Hill? Can't find it myself.

Their summer range is pretty stink from glancing at it there, Skrtel has to be the greatest model ever :D Henderson again manages to look confused in his shot..

Wonder is the new kit tight fitting? Seems to be the way most sports gear is heading. 100% lycra

I think they take those markets down at night as PP also had one earlier but has since disappeared.

Edit - Or if you write for The Mirror

'A sensational flurry of bets has led to bookies suspending the markets on King Kenny's dismissal'

    Opr

Unai Emery is a terrible bet seeing as he's just got the Spartak Moscow job

As long as you have a good imagination and an average grasp of the English language you'll be a shoe in for the Mirror

Just on Martinez, I don't know much about him but looked up his wiki a few nights ago.

He had a 50% win rate at Swansea over 126 games which is highly impressive, Ferguson has a 59% win rate.

    Rafa - 52.25 overall (55.43 at Liverpool)
    Ferguson - 59% at United

Wonder will it have the '96' on the back of the collar that i've seen in a few pics ?

Supposedly Fergie wanted him as his number 2
