Transferring all contents of memory stick to another

Is there any easy way of transferring all the contents of a memory stick to another?

That is, without having to individually transfer each file.

For example, with both memory sticks plugged into the PC, can I click somewhere to have the PC simply copy all the contents from one to the other?

    Thank you.

With both memory sticks plugged into the computer open the one with the files on it. highlight all the files and right click and press copy then open the empty flash drive and right click and press paste. Then Wait
