    Was stumblin' an hour ago and came across one of those "15-minute power blast" workouts - I'm wrecked but proud of myself :D

    In case anyone's interested, here's the breakdown of it:
    50 Jumping Jacks
    30 Sit-Ups
    45 Jumping Jacks
    30 Press Ups
    40 Jumping Jacks
    30 Squats
    35 Jumping Jacks
    30 Sit-Ups
    30 Jumping Jacks
    30 Press Ups
    25 Jumping Jacks
    30 Squats
    20 Jumping Jacks
    30 Sit-Ups
    15 Jumping Jacks
    30 Press Ups
    10 Jumping Jacks
    30 Squats
    5 Jumping Jacks
    5 sit-ups, press ups and squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks to finish :cool:

    Really wanna go see The Avengers because everyone's talking about it :o

    PGDA to be honest :P ...... The soundtrack, although it seemed similar to some other movies (Iron man 1 springs to mind), couldn't have suited the film better. Captain America didn't get as much battle-time (on screen anyway) as I would've like but scarlett johansson in leather made up for that :P All in all 9/10.
