Reelight bike lights, has anyone used them?

    I use them as a flashing complement to my proper (dynamo) lights.

    The rear one works fine, the front one never has.

    I've always thought of them as being too low to be of use. Not exactly eye level. Apparently there are new ones that are better.

    that's the ones I am talking about, seatpost mounted reelight and the handlebar mounted one, not the axle mounted versions

    They look reely interesting...but is it that much hassle to keep a spare set of batteries in yer seat pack... or just use rechargeables and change them every 3 months with a freshly charged set.

    yes... it is hassle... :D

    batteries cost money, and so do the rechargeable ones with chargers..

    I am looking at the Reelight lights to save on batteries, etc, and the fact that they are always on whilst in motion
