my experience from 4 years ago in a German hotel. a guy comes into the hotel gym room, drops the towel, gets on the treadmill and starts running, completely naked, with his wingilingy and pompoms flying from one side to another. he was English, not sure if that's a diagnosis or an explanation. it wasn't a nice sight

well, i was the only one there and i tried not to stare

Underpants, boxers do nothing just hang there n at some point puff up above the waist line laughably. Apparently this former negroid slave look even they disliked is hip amongst Irish lads now, the very definition of hipster imo given it's pertaining to the hips but I think it's more about the pattern than the fit
