Try it again, make sure there is no space at the beginning. When I tried it again I got

"Could not redeem the code I-LIKE-POLAND.

Reason: Code 'I-LIKE-POLAND' already used."

Meaning it is a recognised live code not an expired one.

See if the speed is set in tools>options and open it up there.

Thanks, that helped a little. Also, realising the figure is KB/sec and not kbps helped too

One other tip is that it creates a 5GB disk cache on your hard drive to ingest and encrypt files pre upload. Once you have synced up your files you should clear this disk cache and set it down to 1 GB. Oddly it likes that space in between the 1 and the GB so 1GB will not work where 1 GB will.

If it needs more local cache space (for uploading a 1Gb plus file for example) it will tell you. Again in Tools> Options.

Also in Tools Options you can mount the Internet Backup on Wuala as a local drive. This is very handy if you wish to mount a file stored in Wuala , tools > options again and 'File System Integration' .

I use it along with a suite of Portableapps
