Free Photo Editor?

    Are there any free photo editor downloads out there that are any way decent?? I'm new to photography and have been bitten by the bug! Love to mess around with shots and add borders and change the look of the original!

    Any suggestions?

    GIMP is free and pretty good

    +1 for the GIMP. I have that and Photoshop and for what beginners would be doing with photo's there is nothing GIMP can't do. Loads of documentation online also.
