Want some ideas on joining Sat receiver Technomate-5402HD, to Sony tv in same room distance 7.5meters along skirting.

PJ (Optoma HD230X?) is in adjoining room distance max 3 meteres, cabling goes through block-wall and there will be a Sony BluRay in other room, between Technomate and PJ.

Technomate has just one HDMI out.

Mostly Sat will be watched on TV.

Seems like I will have to use some kind of splitter. Don't think TV and PJ will be used at same time. Would there be a risk in doing so?
Am I in danger of straining the Sat Receiver?

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

Yeah get one of those HDMI splitters (they're usually powered), it'll be fine, even if you've both devices using the Technomate simultaneously. The receiver won't get strained. It doesn't care what's connected.
