    hi all,

got a 2003 berlingo van thats boiling up in coolant tank on me after 15 minutes, even with heater on
the temperature guage seems to be working ok as stays at 90 but doesnt go past it and there is no water in the oil etc.
Must be a head gasket and did try some miracle seal or nova stop in it but didnt work as just boiled up..

I notice now when driving the the temperature hand will rise to about the 70 mark but will not go any further even its its boiling up.
van is starting and driving great otherwise

Coolant level, Air-lock, Thermostat, water pump, coolant sensor, coolant sensor wiring, radiator, head gasket. I'd check/replace eliminate in that order.:) Hopefully you get to stop at step 1 / 2 or 3 .
