Manhole to sewer in back garden

Hi, Has anyone had a man hole to a sewer in their back garden and being able to move it? How did you do it and how much did it cost? Reason I ask is looking at a small house which has big garden but I need to move a man hole to a sewer to move it. Note: I know I asked similar question recently. Thanks.
