Mazda Tribute

Hi, I drive a Mazda Tribute, the carburetor sticks from time to time jamming the accelerator. I am told this is a design fault in all Tributes and that the fix costs €1000+. This is a Health and Safety issue, how can Mazda just ignore it, Has anyone ever heard of it? PS try the nervous excitement of your accelerator…

PS try the nervous excitement of your accelerator sticking while overtaking a lorry on an ordinary road.

I'd be very surprised if a Mazda Tribute even had a carburettor.
