VIRUS? email from Guadalupe Schroeder

    I got an email from Guadalupe Schroeder subject line saying "your privacy has been abused naked pictures of you on facebook" with a zip file attached.

    I deleted it as I expect it is a virus but did not find any ref to it online.Did anyone get this?

    Pics or.....only kidding! Just looks like a randomly generated spam mail. What was the senders address?

    i do not have the senders full address as deleted it. I do not know if only kidding or not it was a zip file attachment and i did not open it.

    Non-issue really. I see hundreds of these emails every month in my spam box.

    When an email sounds dodgy, it is dodgy.

    Why would a spammer have a trace of their spamming online? What I was getting you to do was to get the senders address and google that. Mightn't bring up anything but was worth a shot.

    i did google the senders address but no hits and it is gone from my trash folder

    I'd say it was just a temporary address then. As other posters have said, delete and move along.
