I bought a ceramic coated non-stick frypan online from a UK company.

I followed all instructions to the letter and all was well for the first couple of uses and then everything started to stick to the pan. It has been used on a normal ceramic domestic hob. I contacted the company who told me that the pan had 'carbonised' as I had used it on high heat. They emailed me instructions on how to perform a deep clean of the pan. I did all this and still no luck. It is not a non-stick pan. Not sure what line to take with the supplier at this stage.
    Am I entitled to a refund ?
