Ouch, insurance on a 1.8 twin cam must have been fun alright, I didn't think they insured under 10's

Well my mom told them they were being mean and that they had to!

Nice stuff. Are the Demi Kids games meant to be worth playing?

Well it's Atlus and they got a good write up in the Shin Megami Tensei article on HG101 so seems like they are meant to be good

Why would any straight male want such a game? :pac:

I was thinking the exact same thing. I don't care how well a game looks or plays, if the subject matter is not to my tastes then I'm not interested. Maybe Sera needs to keep a closer eye on him. :P

/Edit: Unless the game is a present for Sera then fair play.

Well I thought I'd get it for a number of reasons. Not many text based adventures from japan get localised so I'm all for supporting Aksys bring this over. It's a big risk for them. Also it's probably going to become very rare, text adventures and especially ones that scare away men aren't big sellers. Couple that with a late PSP release.

It's gotten great reviews as well and they all say the story is really excellent. TBH I don't see what the problem is playing as a girl and chatting up men. I play a girl in most CRPG's because it's far more interesting than being a boring tough man, and then there's Mass Effect which is so much better as a female because of Jennifer Hales excellent acting. It's a bit like not watching Brokeback Mountain because you aren't gay.

Anyway it's something different and I'm all for different experiences especially in a medium that has become so stagnant and stale with it's mainstream products.

Short version - 'I'm interested in seeing how good I am at chatting up dudes' ;)

Ninja Gaiden DS is a great game, really enjoyed that one. Interesting use of the DS touch screen.

Neither is having to take part in the Normandy Landings, but I still gave it a go via the medium of games :P

I'd play that chat-up-a-guy game, don't see why not.

The Normandy landings is epic fun, because you know in a game there are no actual bullets speeding towards your head.

Chatting up guys though, hmm, each to their own :P

Well it's not like guys are gonna start calling to your house asking to 'borrow some sugar' if you play that game is it? :)

I figure I'm just as likely to be shot in real life from playing Medal of Honour as I am likely to end up ditching my GF for a Japanese swordsman playing that game. But hey you never know!

No, but either way, it doesn't hold my interest. To wonder what it felt like to be a soldier storming the beaches of Normandy, hell yeah!

Anyway, as I said, each to their own. Sure Retr0 has a CD-i ffs, the least we can grant him is some video game gheyness :D

It's probably a good skill to learn though. You never know what might happen in the future and it's always best to be prepared, for anything.

On a non related note, You can bulk order Vaseline and similar things online for huge discounts.

Just remember, you are better off using a non-petroleum based lubricant, they can weaken the latex commonly found in .... gloves, and cause tears, or something...

Heard that back in the 80's, when we were all suddenly allowed to use words like "condom" and "lubricant" without people thinking we were discussing a block of flats or a bottle of motor oil!

Probably best to have a professional supervise any extended uses of it so Ciderman. What's your availability like over the next few weeks, EnterNow asked me to ask you for him and his friend :D
