key accomplishments CV

Refining my CV, while this is not the right forum, i think i will get the most accurate answers here.

Provide your specific “key accomplishments” in each role.

We want to see concise (ie. bulleted), important details on your key accomplishments and the impact your efforts had on your company. For engineering resumes, please include the programming languages and tools used for each.

Il be looking to apply for Front end Web Developer/User Interface Engineer/Communication Designer positions.

I've previously worked for digital agencies, doing exactly whats required in these jobs but not sure how to word 'key accomplishments' in my previous job roles.
Are we talking about stats ? Can you guys give some examples?
