    Hi Guys and Galls,

A question. IS it seen as very bad to with draw from a job i have been offered, contract and all. i have just done my sums and with extra travel and childcare costs for the longer working hours it does not really work out financially for me.

is it very bad to withdraw after they have offered the contract, now that i can see clearly what the offered salary and bonus structure is.

    thanks,

    A

Not at all. The terms of the contract dont suit you. Is there any room for negotiation on the salary? Just be sure to be polite if you do reject the offer as you dont want to burn any bridges.

i don't think so as it is a very small company. i would be literally the first person in the door. its more about the travel costs, nearly 600 a month to get to north Dublin. the bonus structure is good, but from my research it would take 3-6 months to get going with it and i dont think i can substantiate big losses for the first few months.

    thanks,
