    Just cos NCPS have a sign up doesn't make it legal. Never pay unless it's a Dublin City Council clamp.

    She has a good point though. She is not disputing the fine. She is disputing the fact that her car is clamped and stuck where it is. How did your one Corinne get home with her 2 kids? Its a terrible situation to be in.
