    I know a florist who has is a water meter on the water coming in and there is also a meter on the amount of water they pour down the sink.. if they pour it down the gully outside they are not charged.

    these extra charges are like water off a ducks back damien,the politicans are crying crocodiles tears damien..its like water for chocolate damien,im sad to say the truth is being watered down hear damien ,and the goose that laid the golden egg and the fox and the geese,and the rabbits ...and emirates airline..
