Dell 3-year NBD Warranty- battery cover?

Hey guys, My Dell laptops (that I got in October '10) battery is basically dead. Battery Bar puts its wear at 80%. I have 3-year Next Business Day warranty as well as the standard warranty on my laptop and was just wondering if that covered the battery too? Hey guys,

I know in the service manual, the standard warranty doesn't but it doesn't mention it in the NBD manual.

Thought I would ask here before I rang Dell and waited an age to talk to someone :rolleyes:

Nope, the battery is a consumable item and wouldn't be covered under warranty at this stage.
