Dunno but you seem to buying knackered cars - the VW, the Saab, the Jag (Mondeo)?

There are so many good value not fooked not high mileage cars out there, would you not rather concentrate on those?

I wouldn't take too much from an EML on the JAG :) quite likely a full AA inspection or similar would have yielded the all clear too.

What was wrong with the Golf? I bought it, drove ot 20000 miles and sold it. The Saab aas unlucky and this Jag is as mint as can be?

Or are you just trying to be an arsehole?

Ah trip. Still though, that was on cruise control though and a bit of shoe due to an arsehole behind me.

Found a cd changer in the boot too. Also. Apparently the glass should open seperately to the boot (saw one on carzone) but doesn't seem to work.

....... Apparently the glass should open seperately to the boot..........

E34s had that too, quite handy to be fair.

As has a 75 Tourer. Very handy I'd imagine.

Is the mechanism there LM? Try hold down the open button on the fob and it may open, that's how i found the non-existent external boot release on my 75

I ave to hold the open button on the fob. No keyhole or release button on the boot itself. I can open it from inside with the well hidden, impossible to reach button also

There's a button under the wiper arm but it does nothing. i've read on the googler that the back window gives trouble, so maybe it's the disconnected?

Everything else works so i'm happy as.

The air con is fierce power full.

Could be something small worth investigating some idle Tuesday like a dodgy switch
