Nissan Delivery Starter Motor

    Hi I need to get a starter motor for my 2000 Nissan Delivery Van. It now no longer starts unless I give it a tap of the hammer while turning the key. :mad:

    Would a starter motor from a Nissan Vanette work on it?

    The starter from a Vanette of approx the same year and same engine type will be the same.

    The starter from a Vanette of approx the same year and same engine type will be the same.

    It's a 2.3 engine. Is there different engines in the Nissan Delivery? How woul I know what one I have?

    You have the LD23 engine, it was fitted to the Serena as well.

    That's great! Thanks Nissan Doctor! I might get mine reconditioned if I can't find a second hand one handy in the morn. I need the van going this week :-(
