Irish translation

Hi Folks, I'm looking to get a tattoo saying "Everything Happens for a reason".. but i'd love to get it in irish.. However i don't speak irish myself and was wondering if anybody would be able to translate it for me.. There's loads online but was looking for a person more so then google translate :) .. I know irish defers…

Hi Folks,
