Did BOI send me out a Pin number for laser card?

Hows it going! I got a BOI Laser/Atm card in the post today for the first time. I have to use it in an atm to activate it. However, There Isn't a pin number on the letter I got. Is the pin number the same as my old standard bank card? Any help would be great!

Separate envelopes posted on different days for security reasons. No point in putting PIN and card in the same envelope?

Can you apply online for laser card online ?
I know you can for Credit Card ?
