Single story ext. with bifold doors

    I'm looking to build a single storey ext. to the rear of the house, dimensions are 4.2m x 3.8 m approx, it'll include 2 sets of bi fold doors comprising of 3 leafs each meeting at a steel or block pillar..pitched roof with 2 velum windows. Anybody, doors are € 8-10k alone.. Would anybody know how much it'd be for the rest? Thanks

    Reasonable estimate, ball park, would be 1K per SqM so 18K incl VAT.
    Obviously depends on the spec, and finish required. ( excluding Arch. Fees )

    Seems a bit over the top for the doors they normally work out about 1,000 per panel

    do not touch upvc bi fold there no good get alumininium thermally broken ones
