    I was in a pub in Twickenham yesterday and had the worst pint of Guinness I've ever tasted. Had to switch to lager after that. Then had to stop after 2 because it was decided that I was the designated driver. Bad day for drinking all round for me :cool: :mad:

    True it's a different drink over in England and nowhere near as good. But I find if you're gagging for one you can get a decent pint of it in a good "proper" pub so to speak. Considering it was close to Twickenham stadium and the amount of Irish that come over to watch the rugby I expected there'd be a decent pint of it about but apparently not :mad:. Have you ever had Guinness in the States? My cousin in Boston insisted we had a night on the Guinness when I was out there last time and it was vile!
