nct emissions fail

hi my car failed the nct retest yesterday and have 5 days to retest i changed oil filters and spark plugs even put in a cat i got off another car people are telling me to go buy a new cat but i said i would get more info on wat to do first iv the results in attachment of the test :(

it was changed a week ago mate
