mpsvc.dll - no digital signature tab

    My window defender mpsvc.dll has no digital signature tab on my win 7. On my vista it does. Any ideas?

    Why are you using Defender?

    Delete and install MSE.

    it was on my 7 pc. how do delete, it said need permission of trusted installer? thanks

    You don't have to,

    Type services.msc into the start menu and open the Services console. Find Windows Defender, right click > Properties. Set it to Disabled, stop the service and apply the settings.

    Vista and 7 come pre-loaded with Windows Defender. Your best off installing MSE like Avalanche posted above as its a better anti malware/virus tool
