Bishop o donnell closed?

Any idea whats going on in bishop o donnell road tonight. Appears closed and a very high garda presence?

I think they were just doing regular checks at that roundabout, there was a team of 1 car and 2 gardai at every major entrance to it, they just did a spot check of NCT/Tax/Insurance to us but the driver ahead of us had to do a breath test as well.
