What is the best PRSA - Lowest fees

I think prsas are a regulated product, and all have the same fees: 1%. Could be thinking of a different class of product tho.

"The main difference between the two is that the maximum charges under a Standard PRSA cannot exceed 5% of contributions paid and 1% per annum of the PRSA assets."

Ok so the fees are capped at 1% per annum. In practice all the providers charge the maximum tho, or so I have found.
