Planting sweet potato in Cork!

Is there anywhere in Cork that I can buy a sweet potato slip? In terms of growing things in a section of a polytunnel, are there any unusual or easy things which any of you plant?

Why not just buy a few sweet potatoes and plant them out?
They should grow fine.
