Just changed the front pads and discs and will be doing the rear's during the next week.
Will I just bin the old ones or is there a use for anyone out there for 4 big lumps of metal

    Rusty paper weight?
    Dangerous frisbee?

Dunno if likes of Advance will take them for free? They probably have a low scrap value.
If there is a proper recycling centre nearby they will take them I think.

Local recycling centre should have a "metals" skip.
Mine do and that's where I throw my old ones out.

I like that suggestion, maybe sharpen the edges and weld nails to it for added fun?
Reminds me, still have two MX5 rear discs hanging around.
Also possible, very noisy and annoying windchime.

Being a simple metal i would have thought they could go in the recycle bin.

Our centre charges so I would put them in the bin
